POPFile header to re-classify no longer works

I have PopFile doing spam checking. The re-classify header which is supposed to call FireFox to display POPFile interface to allow re-classification is no longer working. All that happens is the word in the header that I click on is highlighted. The headers are set up as POPFile instructions

quick template - %IsSignature macro - erases message text
