Aletrnatives to AVG?

Hi all I've started having numerous connection failures when retrieving mail using the AVG plugin for TB so I thought I'd look out for an alternative antivirus program. Can anyone recommend an alternative other than Norton that works along with TheBat!? -- Best regards Barry
