Solved! I put a short screen cast online here

The stupid thing is, I don't know what finally did it since I changed so much
yesterday. I did not change the system language, but added Greek to my region
and keyboard settings in
I can use Greek characters in the message body, but when I paste for instance
Ξηροστερνι Βαμος in my address book, the characters turn into questionmarks the
moment I hit OK to save the address. Directly after pasting they show up all
right.
Is there some setting I should change

I would check the fonts...
I have and all Greek fonts are checked. As I said: it does work in the message
body, just not in the address book.

I guess it's a limitation of the address book format - looking at the
file, it contains the names in ANSI encoding, so anything outside of
the system codepage will be lost.
