Problems getting messages to show in IMAP folders

Batfolk, I am using IMAP to access a MS Exchange server. It works reasonably well most of the time, but right now I am unable to get messages that I know are in folders on the Exchange server from showing in my IMAP folder. Some of them show, but not all of them. I have tried Refreshing the

Hello John, If you are dealing with a limited set of addresses, you can use the info from your address book instead. Then you match the address, and use whatever you have in the Firstname field in your address book. That way, even if the address says Quality Manager, your reply will say Dear
