One of the configured repositories failed (Fedora 20 - x86_64 - Updates),
and yum doesn't have enough cached data to continue. At this point the only

problem - the kernel parameter line may have the wrong root= buried in
it, so dracut isn't finding a rootfs to read or mount and thus it pukes
