Re: No swedish hyphen rules?

Hello. In tetex 1.0 there is a file share/texmf/tex/generic/hyphen/sehyph.tex. It is not present in 2.0. What shall one use for swedish hyphen rules? the swedish hyphenation patterns aren't completely free (licence nocommercial). ctan holds them because we don't charge, but licensing for

is it possible to run texhash with a specific option for one directory (e.g. .../texmf-user) not for the whole search path? um, what's wrong with actually trying? texhash is idempotent if it does anything at all. in fact, it does work. r

Thanks, I reported it to AMS but maybe that was not the right place. Where should I report the bug? how did you report it? i recall seeing a discussion of the problem on one of the latex project internal lists, but that would only happen if you had reported it to latexbugs/amslatex, or if

Re: increasing string size

From what I understand a capacity exceeded message generally indicates sloppy coding; and capacities rarely need to be increased. However I have a situation using Omega where teTeX gives me ! Omega capacity exceeded, sorry [number of strings=3265] but fpTeX gives me no problems at all.
