I'm having a problem including a type1 font in my PS-file.
The LaTeX run is OK. If I run dvips I get the following error.

Well, two things might help:
- turn off partial font downloading for this font ( instead of
in font map)
- use a later version of dvips, e.g. as included in teTeX-beta
(this version has
dvips -G0 works, thanks a lot ...
Option -G seems undocumented in man or info dvips ...
- so what would I do without your list ?

Sounds like some option tells dvips to enable the "character shifting"
feature which is incompatible with the fonts you are using.

When I use the letters 'fi' (like in benefit), I get them allright in the
DVI file, but get a pound sign in the PDF file instead.
Likewise I get a crossed circle sign for 'fl'.
Why is that? Workaround?
