Don Simmons has revised pmx.tex so that headings are the usual size when one of the non-standard font libraries (musixtrm, musixplt, musixhv) is used with PMX or M-Tx. It is available in the following archive: http://icking-music-archive.org/software/pmx/pmx2704.zip which is otherwise identical
