The MikTeX update installs 32-bit executables by default.
If necessary, recover these files from
http://icking-music-archive.org/software/htdocs/
or in the / Executables_Win64 folder and copy the executables into
C: \ Program Files \ MiKTeX 2.9 \ miktex \ bin \ x64

(1) Install Miktex 2.9 on Windows 10 (including luatex)
(2) open a command line
(3) choose the folder with netsoos.mtx
(4) execute: musixtex netsoos.mtx
