TeX commands that will *calculate* the correct offsets for
*any* \hsize or \vsize can be found in Section
In the past my PMX-generated scores automagically came out properly centered
when printed on letter size paper, without any special commands either in the
PMX file or when running etex or dvips. Something has happened in the last year
or so that has changed that. Despite recent mailing list
