[Tex-music] install new PMXAB.exe: error message "libgcc_s_dw2-1.dll is missing"

Good Morning, well almost noon in Germany! I just installed latest PMX and MusixTeX versions. When I run pmxab, it seems to run, but I get the above error message. When I look in the Internet, there are hundreds of sites, who want to repair my PC. So does anybody know, what this error
