[time-nuts] Concern over Daylight Saving Time

March 11 at 02:00 The beginning of Daylight Saving Time in 2007. Or the end of the world? I work in an IT department and I'm finding that many of my colleagues aren't concerned about this at all. There hasn't been much concern about correcting the issue by patching systems and applications.
