Hi. If I undertood your question, you're dumping the database and want to restore in another computer? If yes then your vertical modules will be restored as on original machine. However, if exporting individual tables (models) then there's no guarantee for full restoration. Cheers. Mugoma,

I am not understanding your problem thoroughly. Why can't you use the domain if you already know your new category name? domain=[('category_id', '=', '??new name??')] maybe create your category in your [init.xml] module first so it's created before your view.[/code]
