Suggest to him that he make a pizza dough at 2 pm and grill it for dinner. Seven minutes to make the dough, then later, ten to prepare topping ingredients, 15 to grill the first side, five to top and grill the bottom, 15 for a second pizza. Alton, who will send instructions off-line on request
