I would like to see tn5250j enhanced to first look in the jar file for the sessions and the keymap files. This would enable new users to start using it immediately without any configuration needed on their end. This would be especially beneficial when the user is on Windows where simple remote administration (ie ssh) is not available.
The behavior should probably work like this: 1. read resource file (sessions or keymap) from jar file first 2. read local resource file (if it exists) second 3. if duplicate entries exist then the value from the local resource file "wins" 4. Do not write entries read from the jar file into the local files.
