I followed the instructions in the build.txt. I got the source for httpd and copied
the srclib over to

I think your only valid point is the one about the need to make
errorOnUseBeanInvalidClassAttribute be switchable from Jspc main,
but we are not bundling jspc scripts anymore, so I didn't feel there

Make certain that the endpoint is closed, even if Apache has already dropped the
connection.
IOExceptions here are pretty harmless, since they mean that Apache has already
finished
