I believe I have made some progress now. It looks like this is a problem
with mod_perl and mod_jk interacting poorly. I haven't investigated why
yet, but mod_perl is calling ap_should_client_block in the authentication
phase of Apache, which plays havoc with mod_jk's call in the handler.

Hi everybody!
I
hope someone could help, I'm really lost and I need to solve it as soon
as possible.
First of all, I would like to know if
it is possible with Tomcat to have differents Realms depending of the application...for
instance, to have the Default Realm to access to the Tomcat
Current JNDIRealm does not support ldap with SSL and it's not a good
idea to use simple authentication on production. I have raised this
issue on discussion threads in the past, but never seem to get an
answer from anybody, probably because genral users were not really
familiar with the issue and
I'm finding that @top_builddir@ isn't resolved when I
run ./buildconf / ./configure against apache1.3 apxs,
so the libtool isn't resolved. The fix is trivial,
use the same fixed top_builddir=.. as all the other

do anything. I suppose it would be caught by a spam filter though.

Hi,
Oh, there's a little signFile script in my home directory (possibly under a
bin directory, I don't remember), that does the pgp and md5 signing. It's
worth using or at least verifying that you used the same switches, e.g. -r
switch on md5sum.

Log:
Fix build failrue on Linux. Patch provided by wrowe.
Althought it seems to me that top_builddir isn't used at all, so the
cause of failrue is probably somewhere else.
