Setting Context's URI Encoding?

With tomcat 5.0.28, I set Connector URIEncoding=/ for all the web contexts' GET method URI Encoding. I want all the web contexts except just one context have the same URIEncoding Is it possible? How can I set the URIEncoding per Context?
