Hi, We have a project where we need 3 different Tomcat instances running 3 different server.xml files, and we have that as part of our JUnit tests for our automated build process. However, for some reason, the file bootstrap.jar will not get released on the every nth build, n~= 1 to 10. And when that happens, we can't even find the process that is still using bootstrap.jar, so we're forced to restart the machine.
