Hi,
IE doesn't refresh some pages because of the proxy server. How can I get
the browser to refresh every page independently of the proxy server?

For additional commands,
1 - Read the HTTP spec
2 - Failing that - rewrite URLS with dynmic bogus query strings
?bar=1
?bar=2
?bar=3 ...
