Hi, apologies for being out of topic. I've installed a new scsi cd-rw, a cursory "cdrecord -scanbus" shows that it is recognised as a scsi device (which is fine) but displayed as CD-ROM. Does anyone have a more concise and readable "howto" for Joerg Schilling's "smake" and "cdrecord" tools? Apologies again for being out of topic... TIA :-)
