Hi, I was wondering if there's a simple way to have one
instance of tomcat
run two different applications, each on the root of a
different port? Ie I'd
like to run a test application on 8080, and a development app
on 8081 or
some such, preferrably without two tomcat
Give this a try,
http://village.flashnet.it/users/fn048069/files/readme/jakarta.txt
Otherwise it looks like you're going to need duplicate installs for TC, if
you don't want to use virtual hosts in server.xml
http://webmap.socialchange.net.au/support/download/multi-tomcats.txt
this might help

it is very simple just create another copy server.xml
and change the default port of HttpConnector e.g 8081

Can't you see that it's late at night?
I'm very tired, and I'm not feeling right.
