I have installed Tomcat 5.5. It was working fine but my system
has got restarted and then onwards I am not able to restart the server.
What could be the reasons? (Sorry if this question have been
already asked)
Please advice.

There was an issue where using mod_jk with the AJP13 protocol and
restarting Tomcat left the mod_jk connections from Apache to Tomcat in
CLOSE_WAIT status. The only thing that would free them was if you
