fstype is originally a Puppy-ism: they had a guess_fstype command
for years and years.

especially not for this. i need to talk to the right people but i
suspect we'll be using e2fsprogs for the foreseeable future anyway.
and even if not, my current goal is just to replace stuff that was in
toolbox. the rest of /system/bin can wait...
