Hello Chris,

When you go through a TCB filing, the TCB will still require that you
provide Exhibits G1 and G2 before issuing the certificate.

ACTA's response on your question, valid for SDoC filings, is as follows as
found in their FAQ section:
------------------
Question : Under the new provisions for Part 68 registration through SDoC to
ACTA, how is continuing compliance addressed?

Answer : Responsible Party's must retain test results, description of test
procedures, analyses, evaluations, quality control standards and quality
assurance standards necessary to demonstrate that the terminal equipment
complies with and will continue to comply with all the applicable technical
criteria.

Hope this helps.

Subject: FCC Continuing Compliance

Dear Treg Members

Do the 6 monthly FCC retest requirements apply under the new regime ?

Do they apply to both Part 15 and Part 68 ?

I am having difficulty in finding where this is actually written down. The
nearest I have got is section 68.211 of FCC Part 68. However, this does
not specify continuing compliance testing.

Looking forward to your replies.

Best regards
Chris Penney.
