Extracted from a recent Internic Scout Report, FYI:
Detailed analysis of the telecommunications bills currently in congress,
[the Telecommunications Competition and Deregulation Act of 1995 in the
Senate (S. 652) and the Communications Act of 1995 in the House (H.R.
1555)] and their potential
bounces, so he
has apparently moved on. I've checked every database and web site I
could think of with no luck.
Does anyone happen to have this list? If so, I'd like to get a copy.

that's in good shape, do so! It's not as fancy as modern spectrum
analyzers, but the '8559A was a very good benchtop tool. (As you
might have guessed, I lived with this instrument for several years.)
