[TriLUG] why not IPSec for encryption for wifi

I just found out the IPSec works with ipv4 (I last played with ipv6 about 8yrs ago and dropped it when I realised I could only talk to myself with ipv6). IPSec seems to handle the encryption that WEP and WPA are doing. Why isn't IPSec used instead of WEP and WPA? Thanks Joe -- Joseph Mack
