I am unable to access files
that are attached via the external files tab in the component. INQUIRE states
that the logical unit is not opened. The added /libs:dll option to the linker, as suggested in the
programmers guide, did not change the situation at all.

I would like to use Type4 storage tank with one
auxiliary heater, only controlled by a ON/OFF controller
(Type2).
However, it seems that the other conditions
(temperature conditions inside the tank: Tthermostat Tset and Tnode
Tset - Tdb) already control the ON/OFF
