I haven't used alpha2 much, but I can attest that it starts and logs in on win2k. However I did use alpha1 a fair bit without much trouble, and I would assume that it only got better. Also, gaim is very stable in linux, so there is no problem with the actual code base. On Tue, 2002-10-15 at
