For 1.1, I'm wondering, since Active Mapper is kind of depricated in
SA, should we think about dropping all references out of it in TG.
Yes, I agree. And people can still use ActiveMapper, they just need to
add a couple of lines of boiler plate to their model. This will work in
TG2 too.
