FYI, I just tried to checkout the M2 branch and build it.

Here is what I did:

1) Cleaned up Maven's repository
2) Executed the following command: svn co
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/tuscany/branches/sca-java-M2

Here is the error I get:
