The new DST patch will hit the repos very soon, in the meantime you
can fix your computer's clock by installing the following package:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tzdata/2009u-1/+build/1423937/+files/tzdata_2009u-1_all.deb

Accepted tzdata into karmic-proposed, the package will build now and be
available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See
