It is a very common misunderstanding that because of the pirated Microsoft
product people knows computer well. It is not. The revolution of free
software did not started because of Microsoft. It started to provide free
and open source software to the user. GNU stands for GNU is not UNIX. That

to be honest I still think gill bates did a great job setting up microsoft
and distributing dos, windows and some other popular programs, or else you
will still be using macintosh so far, paying much much more as you are doign
now and i personally think linux will hardly be what it is today. so
