You may goto a cybercafe and download the software to
your pendrive. Thinks others is easy to you.

Sorry for the delay. Rafiq bhai has already mentioned, you need to
use a small program named Roaring Penguin
(http://www.roaringpenguin.com/products/pppoe). Here's what to do:
1) Download this file:
http://www.roaringpenguin.com/files/download/rp-pppoe-3.8.tar.gz
2) Extract it by typing: tar
There is a tool to configure Ethernet connections
sudo pppoeconf
It lets you configure Boradband/Password based Internet Connections
also you might find a Graphical configuration tool for ppp in the Package
manager , just search with ppp keyword

create a Internet connection (Broadband through PPPoE: Ethernet) but failed ...
I could not find any option/tool to do that.
