If you are in sync with all the system updates so far, I don't think
you need to update your system with this CD. This CD only integrates
all the updates made after the first release so that for a new
installation you do not need to download lots of security updates. For
currently running system who are in sync with all the security
updates, there is no need to use this CD.

This is the second maintenance release of Ubuntu 6.06 LTS, which
