Thanks Arafat vi. I tried with your tips but didn't work. Then I downgraded Ununtu to 12.04 which worked well in my laptop. Then did upgrade operation. Now it's working though faced some error messages. Main server I have set for software sources. Roboon vai, I faced same problem while I was in Dhaka. Sometimes Ubuntu main server got blocked by some ISP. Try selecting some other server from UK or Singapore.
