Well it doesn't work here. On both my desktop pc as my laptop i get a
bug buddy report when running the sync with Evolution. In the attached
file are both logs. My Palm Zire 21 doesn't crash though, it just loses
connection after a while.

When I am watching a movie full-screen and ubuntu needs updates, update-
notifier will pop up a notification, interrupting the user experience.
Basically the pop-up gets laid on the top window layer over the totem
window. It's really quite annoying because the window won't

I'm requesting the MOTU-SRU team to consider fixing this bug in Edgy, as
the new bug buddy is making the upstream developers get duplicate bug
reports nearly on a daily basis.
This was fixed in Debian's source package in 0.7.10-2, by applying the
above patch, and by upstream in version 0.7.12.

Sure, that's fine, I don't actually care about the speed as such, it's
just that that happens to be part of the finish-install script and I
wanted to check that it worked.

I only backup my files (calendar, etc) with gnome-pilot and let Gnome display
the appointments in the calendar. I don't use Evolution for anything at all
(although I have to let it run ones to include the info in the gnome calendar).

misconfiguration, rather than a bug.
I had to put the following line in my /etc/ppp/peers/dsl-provider:

NOTE: actually, it was only the rp_pppoe_service ... part that was
necessary

I can display the file with all mentioned utilities and I can print it
on a non-PostScript LaserJet 1022 (ffo2zjs driver). If I print it (lpr
-P printer file) on an HP LaserJet 4050 PostScript printer with the
manufacturer-supplied PPD file (linuxprinting.org-ppds package) the
printer prints only
I set my sync options to copy from PDA, and got a crash while syncing
the calendar conduit. I did not have trouble with a copy from PDA in
the address or memo conduits.
I tried downgrading to the Edgy package and produced the same crashes.
So it seems to be a bug in the evolution calendar

Do you still have that issue? Does playing the songs or not make a
difference (the steps you describe list play some songs for a
reason?)? Your All songs selected has only songs from one album
selected and your next screenshot has an almost empty library that's not
coherent, that would be nice if
Without knowing the intricacies, surely this should be quite easy to
fix? Gnome-based apps such as Thunderbird use /etc/alternatives/x-www-
browser. So when the default browser is changed, can it not change the
default there as well?
This is one of the major gripes new Kubuntu users have :)

I have run amd64 bit edgy cd check on my system no fault was found I am
wondering if the cd that was downloaded had a fault did you check the
md5sum of the iso image with the md5sum of the cd?
