Not a real show stopper but quite often when booting Feisty 64 I get the
kernel hanging whilst allocating memory to PCI devices. It takes
usually 3 reboots to get the kernal to move beyond that point and
continue from then on it's fine.
Kernel-2.6.17 didn't give me any boot

Thank you for your bug. The panel list is cleared correctly on my desktop. The
applications list Depends on the application using the new GTK recently used
systemn that part is not a gnome-panel bug, it's a request for apps to be
ported to the new recently used API.

I've not seen documentation that it's for universe - can you please
confirm?

Adding that for both kernels 2.6.17 and 2.6.19 generic, there are no
firmware loaders happening for Echo Gina3G's either.
My temp solution has been to compile alsa-firmware loaders from source but this
really should be happening with packages.
