Changing /dev/hda (the dvd drive's device entry) to /dev/dvd in

I confirm this too on a Feisty Fawn. But it does not seem related to
multi-partition not to owneership problems.
My USB hard drive with a single ext3 partition is mounted automatically
but then it cannot be ejected without being immediately remounted. Owner
of the corresponding directory in
Ditto with gaim. Aside from the fact that users should be able to
choose which IM client they use or don't use, it also affects those who
do want to use the newly released pidgin. Unfortunately pidgin and gaim
conflict, but you cannot remove gaim as previously stated.

security updates, of course.
So I think someone should find the string in Rosetta and correct it so as the
next language-pack update has it. But I know it's always hard to find the right

It appears to be a problem with the k3b launcher splash screen.
I installed AcetoneISO, after reading a review in Linux Format 92. One
of AcetoneISO's options is Burn CD/DVD, clicking on this launched k3b,
but without displaying the splash screen and straight into the regular
