Unfortunately, with the failsafe X scripts, it is not simple to
determine horizfreq and vertrefresh; further, in 99% of cases they
should not be required, since the new Xorg can autodetect the
frequencies.

usb autosuspend has been disabled in Gutsy's kernel as of 2.6.22-11.34
so this issue should be resolved as I understand it. Please report back
if this in fact not resolved.

I can reproduce this problem with 7.10 installed on my notebook. eth0 (in my
case) just doesn't come up. a simple
$ sudo ifup eth0
is enough to make it work with a static ip.

With the latest Gutsy upgrade if I lock the screen, it just freezes when I
enter the password and click unlock, the screen remains black, only mouse works

the repository that only installs translations which are over 90%
complete; in order to slim down the package size to a manageable 1.3MB.

libpam_keyring (or whatever it's called, we're all talking about the same...)
works if I don't use autologin.

Makes OpenOffice unusable so Will be looking else where for software to
