I can confirm that. I've just upgraded from gutsy to hardy on my dell inspirion
1520. But I'm using kubuntu (it's guidance-power-manager in kde).
When I'm in kde, pressing Fn+up/down skips one brightness level. And I can see
2 popups showing brightness level (one under another).

After stopping hal and acpid (/etc/init.d/acpid stop; /etc/init.d/hal
stop) I can adjust brightness in console and kde with all levels, but
there is no popups in kde (guidance uses hal?). So it looks like that
there are two services that handling brightness changing

I don't think this has something todo with the network bridge. Tcpdump
shows the packets on vifx.0 in dom0. But the packets don't reach the
domU.
Using a 2.6.22-12-xen kernel for domU and the stock 2.6.24-12 for dom0

With Dell Precision the able transfer rate on eth0 (Tigon3, 1GBit, tg3

In a local network enviroment I reach only ~30KByte/sec transfer rate.

I have been using ugly workaround (-B 254) since Hardy Alpha5.
Recently - with Beta, I tried hibernation on my laptop. After resuming
disk head was ticking again and the Load_Cycle_Count started increasing.
I checked and /etc/acpi/resume.d/script was still there along with
others... but apparently
i just tested the latest daily of hardy and ran into the described
problem. I am testing with AMD64 version and have a GeForce 7600GT with
two monitors connected. If both are connected during startup of the
live-cd i get flashing colors in vertical stripes on one of them and
nothing on the other

So if I understood you Vinagre works when connecting to TightVNC but not
to RealVNC? If so, I think we should keep this bug open until Vinagre
works with RealVNC (unless it's RealVNC fault and not Vinagre's).
