The problem is not really in libvirt, which calls dnsmasq with the
appropriate settings to limit itself to the right interface. It's in
dnsmasq, which by default binds to all interfaces, thus preventing the
dnsmasq-from-libvirt from serving its addresses.

I downloaded the source from intrepid and compiled on hardy. The

It does not seem to be firmly connected to the data transfer, I have on
occasion turned the computer on and loaded up google but hitting search and
the page wont load.. due to this bug. On other occasions the system has been
connected for several days solid and there has been no network issue

Hi Sebastian,
sorry for the delay. I was too busy lately.
I just had a look at the dvd again and this time there is no problem
anymore. So this issue appears to be gone - like most of the other
issues i reported - while gnome matured.
