Updated my Desktop to Intrepid Ibex and the problem still exists. I had
HH 8.04 KDE4 Remix and it did the same. II still no fix. I even
installed kdebase just so it wouldn't report Not installed like my
Laptop above. Still didn't do the trick. Really all it added extra on
top of what Kubuntu

extensions.

Hello, today I've checked the new release of Ubuntu, the Interpid Ibex and I
was really impressed. The bug was solved and now the GNOME volume control
offers nice control. In the tab Switches are two options:

I've checked this on Live CD and this really works. So, now is

I Have run into the same error with an ogg file from the same source
(Deutschlandfunk hq-ogg stream) as the user above. So maybe there's an

I have the same problem, and when I run it from terminal (with sudo or

- /etc/X11/xorg.conf
- output of lspci --vvnn
You may also want to try moving away your /etc/X11/xorg.conf. I doubt
that it will solve the problem, but the resulting Xorg.0.log may look a
