David, this should be configurable by changing the multioutput_mode. If
you don't have compizconfig-settings-manager installed, install it and
then run it from from System -> Preferences -> CompizConfig..., then
click Expo, then Appearance tab, and change "Multi Output Mode" to "One
wall per output
Update - I've been told that the FOSS -radeon driver will be gaining
EXA/Xv support for 6xx/7xx cards in the upcoming 6.12.0 release, which
sounds like it will hit in time for us to consider pulling in for
Jaunty. If that comes through and is sufficiently stable, it may
mitigate the need for -fglr
