Apparently, reinstalling the xulrunner package did not work. Sometimes Firefox
profiles can become corrupt. Could you please try this with a new profile and
see if the problem still exists? You do not need to delete your old profile to
test.

Upgrading from bluez 4.45-0ubuntu{1,2} to 4.45-0ubuntu3 or later fails
i just compiled 2.6.30.1 (from 2.6.28.14) and had the same error.
everything runs just fine though, after rebooting i reinstalled the
nvidia driver had no probems at all.

Hi Luke,
I checked the prebuilt Kernel before reporting this bug. I reported once
a bug caused by my custom Kernel, so this is always my first guess...
The good news are that the bug is solved with the most recent udev
(145-1) in combination with the most recend kernel (2.6.31-3.19).

debian have versioned their debhelper to be 7.2.2 which is in debian
but we still have got 7.2.14 in our archive...
