Okay, I dist-upgraded a few minutes ago, allowed guest acces (using
nautilus) and could connect to the share. I tried some Visual Studio
compilations and crash message appears in the log file.
I paste a crashdump from karmic:
alloc_sub_basic: NULL source string! This should not happen
I can confirm this as well. Every PHP application fails randomly under
Karmic with this.

Steve can you confirm if the problem still exists in the branch proposed
for merge? I ported our code to use code almost identical to what
nautilus uses. If nautilus's side bar doesn't have the issue, we should

Mine has now been running fine for 3 days with no errors (it would
previously fail within 12 hours of startup). I am NOT using the
--nohousekeeper flag.
I can only conclude at the moment that whatever wonky EIT data was being
received, which triggered the issue, is now no longer being broadcast?

Kaffeine application does not fetch all channels in DVB-C/DVB-T and maybe DVB-S
if channels are removed after scanning. After reboot you can scan all channels
again.

I usually use the spacebar to scroll down in evince. But if I press the
spacebar immediately after evince starts, it hides the sidebar instead.
Since the first thing I usually want to do in a document is scroll down,
this is an annoying behavior.
