that an internal error occurred while analyzing this file. A MPEG-2 System
Stream demuxer plugin is required to play this stream, but not
installed..No
Good catch indeed! That's the button used to change password when the
selected user is the current one. Does the bug appear only with that
user? In other cases, it should be hidden.
Anyway, this hack should go away in the next release, with a more
generic dialog from upstream.

I used to have what appeared like a freeze on a 1GB RAM netbook without
a SWAP partition. The problem was not a lock up, but a freeze that only
lasted while foxmarks (now xmarks) was syncing.
One solution was to set xmarks to only sync manually. The other
solution was to set up a swap partition

ondemand and conservative don't work yet on the latest p4-clockmod of
2.6.31-17-generic kernel on my eeepc 4G(701).
After it's replaced to the modified p4-clockmod, they work fine.
Please fix the bug.

Binary package hint: xsplash
When shutting down, the bottom half of the screen shows lots of random
pixelated colours. This happens on the black screen with the pulsing
Ubuntu logo. I tried switching off Docky but that wasn't it.
