Strangely, in order to get a UUID for my swap device, I had to rerun
mkswap. Before I did that blkid (and other methods) just listed the
device as TYPE=swap with no UUID.

I found that the crashes stopped happening when I removed the Flash
plugin. I had installed the 64-bit pre-release plugin from
http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/flashplayer10/64bit.html because the
bugs in the 32-bit version were causing problems. However this was
months ago, yet it was

How to reproduce this bug:
1.- Look for a page that needs vertical scrolling (e.g.:
http://es.search.yahoo.com/search?p=ladrones)
2.- Use the Search bar (Ctrl+F) to look for a word (e.g: ladrones)
3.- Click Next until you reach the end of the search.
4.- The vertical scroll bar disappears.
NOTE

Binary package hint: lazarus
While working on bug 521818 it turned out that lazarus-ide has a
potential memory leak in gtk2wsstdctrls.pp:513 and does not handle
library exceptions properly (related to e.g. bug 528872).
I will attach a debdiff to fix those two issues.
