I am seeing this bug too, since I upgraded to Maverick, but only on one

Well, logging out and logging back in on the non-working machine

Running `tar --help` shows that running `tar --lzma` does not produce a
lzma archive but a xz archive, the tarfiles produced are easily
decompressible with unxz. AFAIK xz is ment to replace lzma, so perhaps
they kept the switch for backwards compatibility with old scripts?

Public bug reported:
On my ASUS eeepc 904HA, when I don't use the touchpad at all everything
works fine (I use an external USB mouse).
If I use the touchpad - after some movements - the cursor starts to skip
out of control, showing contextual menus, creating folders on the
desktop and so on...
I should add, that I use openbox/tint2 combo together with nautilus.

Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: xorg
I did a fresh install of 10.10 when it came out, and this began. I never
had this problem with 10.04.
The problem is, when booting (either cold booting or waking from
standby), the system works fine for some time, usually from 5 to 20
minutes.
