samba-common-bin 2:3.5.4~dfsg-1ubuntu8. Quickly fixed it with:
sudo dpkg-reconfigure samba-common-bin
which reinstalled alternative links for testparm and family.

Okay, as pointed out in an earlier comment, the self-signed certificate

Well, it's not that surprising that importing a missing key manually
will fix warning messages about the missing key. :-)

@doc81: On my system (Kubuntu 10.10) there was no
gtk-fallback-icon-theme-line.
After adding 'gtk-fallback-icon-theme=oxygen' as first line to
'/usr/share/themes/QtCurve/gtk-2.0/gtkrc', inkscape works again! :-)

It's not a duplicate, I would say that its because in your desktop file, you
have:
Icon=/usr/share/byobu/pixmaps/byobu.svg
instead of an icon name and the desktop file parser don't pick it, will have a
look.
